The information in this site is submitted and managed by unpaid volunteers who are keen cyclists and who know the area well.  They all have busy lives and unfortunately don't have time to answer individual queries.  We don't publish many contact details to protect our contributors from unwanted direct contact.

If you have a genuine interest in cycling in Lochaber and the Great Glen and would like to submit a route, please do so and we will attempt to include it. 

Text must be well written, gramatically correct with no spelling mistakes. Try to include numbers of any relevant OS maps and please give grid references if you can, especially for any hard-to-find locations.  Avoid using names of people and don't include any personal details or political comment!

Photos should be in jpg format between 300 and 600 pixel across, give the photos a meaningful filename and cross reference the names in your text.  Photos that show the route, landscape and scenic moods are good, any cyclist riding in the shot should be wearing a helmet! 

Holiday snaps that are just a bunch of friends grinning and posing in front of each landmark are no use!  Mug-shots and other close-ups of people are not likely to help other cyclists find the route or get a true picture of the atmosphere.
